I'm a 20 year-old developer currently working as a Product Development Assistant at a brazilian company. I have been involved with both Back-end and Front-end projects, but my favorite part of software development is definitely Back-end! Another interesting feature about myself is that I've been a chinese speaker for 4 years now!
On 2018 I went on an exchange program to China for a year, over there I made a lot of friends, learned a lot about the Chinese culture and studied chinese every single day. The reason I choose China for this experience is because my grandpa is from Taiwan, so not only I had the chance to learn the most spoken language in the world, but also I could communicate with my relatives.
After focusing on the language learning, my professional life started on 2020, during the pandemic. I started taking all kinds of online tech courses, until I got an internship opportunity. I spent one year with Back-end projects using Javascript-Node.js and Python-Django, and I have been working on Front-end projects using Typescript-React.js-Next.js for 4 months now (2/2022). [updated 7/2022] I have been working with Java/Spring Boot and Typescript/NestJS Back-end projects for 10 months now.
Right now I have been focusing on building personal projects, and I also started learning GoLang which I'm loving. Because of work, college and keeping my chinese level, it's a little hard to find time for personal studying/projects, but I'm trying my best :D.
